A PROJECT with the PURPOSE of ASSESSING - PREPARING and SUBMITTING CANDIDATES for INTERVIEWS and JOB OPPORTUNITIES ... (we prepare the candidates and we also look for OPPORTUNITIES with the EMPLOYERS) ...!
YOU can PARTICIPATE too... HELPING with ADVERTISING...! We prepare the candidates through WORKSHOPS... where besides the mentoring, we prepare the curriculum together with each one...and we train them for interviews/selection processes...
You can INDICATE the "HR of GOOD" to the superintendent of your BUILDING / CONDOMINIUM - to the owner of the bakery / greengrocery - snack bar... and other establishments near your home or of a friend / acquaintance... or the HR of the company where you work... (there are many possibilities of being in the GOOD...)...

FRATERNAL BREAKFAST AT THE D. BETH HOUSE
Every 3rd Sunday of the month we make a Fraternal Coffee at the Home (Abrigo D. Beth) at Largo da Batalha (Niterói, RJ)
D. BETH - nearing 80 years old (she has already been homeless) has a history of much struggle... She "opened and opens" her house for fraternity - welcoming - Elderly - Disabled (Physical and Mental) - People who are in street situation - Helpless children and mothers with difficulties... young people in vulnerability...... She takes care of everyone...
She washes - irons - cooks - bathes - She takes them to the Doctor - a daily "FIGHT" that she does with much JOY and love...!!!!!! the HEALTH problems are constant - CHILDREN - ADULTS - AGES and PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY DISABLED PEOPLE... SURVIVES from the help of VOLUNTEERS and DONATIONS... (which at the moment are SHORT - in great decline)....!
SHE ALWAYS THANKS EVERYONE - for the help - contribution and assistance of ALL... friends of the HOUSE... always present... (not only material help)... but also CARE - ATTENTION - DEDICATION - PRESENCE... passing SECURITY - CONFIDENCE and HARMONY to the HEART of the residents of the HOME...!

We follow the "DAILY FIGHT" - the difficulties of each resident of the House... HELPING - AIDING and PARTICIPATING in this TRAJECTORY of our brothers on the Journey... and also helping with the maintenance and conservation of the Home (shelter)... (MAINTENANCE AND CONSERVATION WORKS...)...
Every THURSDAY we visit the Bezerra de Menezes Home for the Elderly/ LBM-I
The LBM-I is a long-stay institution, opened in 1973 and, since then, welcoming sisters over 65 years old, without financial conditions to maintain themselves and "without family".
